Performance characteristics

1. Mechanical properties: It is one of the toughest fluoroplastics, with strong tear resistance, high tensile strength, medium hardness and excellent impact resistance, can withstand frequent physical shocks, and performs well in environments with friction and collision.
2. Heat resistance: It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -100℃ to 150℃, and can withstand higher temperatures in the short term.
3. Chemical stability: It has excellent chemical inertness, can resist corrosion from most acids, alkalis and other chemical substances, and can remain stable in complex chemical environments.
4. Low friction coefficient: The surface is smooth and the friction coefficient is low, which can minimize the friction loss on the surface of the coated object, which is conducive to improving the operating efficiency of the equipment and reducing energy consumption.
5. Non-stickiness: Almost all substances are difficult to adhere to its surface, which is convenient for cleaning and can effectively prevent the adhesion of dirt, grease, etc.
6. Electrical properties: It has high dielectric strength and good insulation properties, and can be used as an excellent electrical insulation material.
7. Self-cleaning: low surface energy, dust, stains, etc. are not easy to adhere, and can be kept clean by rain or simple wiping.
8. Flame retardancy: good flame retardancy, fireproof grade can reach B1.

Application field
1. Chemical industry: coatings used for reactors, pipes, valves, storage containers, etc. of chemical equipment, which can effectively prevent the equipment from being corroded by chemicals.
2. Food industry: can be applied to molds, baking trays, conveyor belts, rollers, etc. of food processing equipment to prevent food from sticking, easy to clean, and meet food contact safety standards.
3. Electronic and electrical fields: suitable for insulating coatings of electronic components, circuit boards, wires and cables, and can also be used for parts of electrical equipment, which can provide good insulation protection.
4. Automobile industry: used for automobile engine parts, fuel systems, exhaust systems, etc., which can improve the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of parts and extend service life.
5. Construction field: It can be made into ETFE film for building roofs and walls, such as shopping centers, educational and cultural centers, large stadiums, airports, stations, etc. It has the advantages of high light transmittance, good self-cleaning and anti-aging.
6. Photovoltaic field: It is an ideal photovoltaic backplane material, which can be used for flexible photovoltaic cell packaging, and can improve the energy conversion efficiency and weather resistance of photovoltaic modules.
